The skating club saved a number of basic players and sent several juniors to the event. The forward Tomáš Knotek, who borrowed for an alternating start from the first-league Slavia, also started. The 31-year-old Kladno offspring and former player of České Budějovice, Hradec Králové, Mladá Boleslav, Karlovy Vary and Pardubice dominates productivity in the second highest competition with 16 points for six goals and 10 assists in seven matches.

Zurich, still struggling to advance, has entered virtually complete. Of the star names, only Sven Andrighetto was missing. In the careful first period, the guests created pressure only in the power play, behind Mladá Boleslav, Dominik Vacík threatened to stop.

The home team kept up with the opponent and worked out several promising attempts in numerous advantages. In the end, however, they collected in one of them, after Dufek lost the puck in front of his own goal when starting the attack and Roe comfortably scored the only goal of the duel.

Adam Raška from Mladá Boleslav scores a goal. On the left Maxim Noreau, goalkeeper Ludovic Waeber and Garrett Roe from Zurich. The goal was not recognized.

The rest of the match was still played, Mladá Boleslav stayed in the game for points until the last moment, but the next goal was not scored.

Skaters are doing great in the extraleague, holding on to the elite trio. However, they will hopelessly finish last in the Champions League, they have only one point after a home loss in overtime with the IFK Helsinki team. They will retaliate with Zurich in a week on Tuesday.
