Lawyer Brigadier J (Nopriansyah Yoshua Hutabarat) that is Kamaruddin Simanjuntak said Brigadier J’s brain had moved to the stomach. In response to this issue, the National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM) prefers to wait for the autopsy results.
“The first is that we are waiting for the results of the second post-execution autopsy yesterday,” Komnas HAM Commissioner Choirul Anam told reporters at his headquarters, Jl Latuharhary, Central Jakarta, Monday (1/8/2022).
The news about the condition of Brigadier J’s body was conveyed by Kamaruddin on the YouTube channel Refly Harun. He said it was known from the autopsy results.

“Secondly, we believe that the explanation from the Team Leader who carried out the autopsy was carried out by professors from various universities,” said Anam.
“Yes, we will wait for that,” he said.
A post-exhumation autopsy has been carried out although the results have not yet been released to the public. In addition, Komnas HAM obtained various documents to check the validity of the statements of various parties.
A re-autopsy was carried out by a team led by Ade Firmansyah Sugiharto. The re-autopsy was carried out on Wednesday (27/7) last week.
“The examination time is of course between 2 to 4 weeks to process the tissue sample until it becomes a slide, and for us to interpret. So 2 to 4 weeks is the tissue sample process, after that of course we will check again and we interpret it,” said the team leader Forensic doctor, Brigadier J, Ade Firmansyah Sugiharto, during a press conference at Sungai Bahar Hospital, Jambi, last Wednesday (27/7).
