British actress Josephine Tewson died at the age of 91. She was ideal known for her role as Elizabeth Warden in the comedy collection Keep up appearancesbroadcast in the Netherlands under the title Clean shine. Tewson played the nervous neighbor of guide actor Hyacinth ‘Bouquet’ Bucket.

Continue to keep up appearances it aired in the British isles in the early 1990s, but was also well-known in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium, amid other people. The series revolves all-around the snob Hyacinth, who with her spouse Richard belongs to the middle class, but presents himself to the outside entire world as a member of the British higher course. For this purpose she likes to be known as “Mrs Bouquet”.

Neighbor Elizabeth, played by Tewson, visits Hyacinth each day for tea, but is continually afraid of carrying out one thing mistaken or breaking a little something. She routinely spills the tea out of nervousness and drops the dishes on the ground in shock.

Tewson started acting in the 1950s. Her most recent roles have bundled the British sitcom Past summertime wine and the drama collection Heartbeat. He also performed a secondary function in the detective series Midsomer murders.
