Jos Mara del Nido Benavente has slammed son Jos Mara del Nido Carrasco after he was named Sevilla president.
Del Nido Benevente has been in a legal battle with fellow shareholders to gain control of Sevilla.
But his son has sided with the opposition and now been named president for the next four years.
Del Nido Benevente stated on social media: “Today, there have been changes in the ILLEGITIMATE Board of Directors.
“They continue to cling to the position, preventing me from the right to vote to continue collecting salaries of sultans.
“The most illegitimate appointment of a President in the history of the Club.”
