Jordan purchases 60,000 tons of wheat and seeks to invest in 120,000

A government official explained to Reuters Tuesday that Jordan had acquired 60,000 tons of wheat in an worldwide tender from Vitera, for $ 347 a ton.

The official reported the cargo will get spot in the next half of February.

Jordan has also submitted a tender for the order of 120,000 tons of wheat to be transported in March and April, and the tender will near on 13 September.
