In the show Telefoot, Jonathan David talked about his Lille adventure. The Canadian striker has ambition, and considers possible a qualification in the Champions League: ” Ever since I was young, I always wanted to score. In Ligue 1, it’s extraordinary to think that you are fighting with the best players. It is a goal to become the top scorer this season. When I arrived, we talked about the transfer, but the pressure, I put it on me. At first it didn’t work, but afterwards, when you look at the second part of the season, I went all out. My future ? I am under contract with LOSC, the most important thing is to finish the season (…) In the Champions League, there were very few teams against which we would have been favourites. Chelsea are a good draw. We still have our chances. »
