Even before the start of last season, Jonas spent a good time in rehabilitation, because he had previously had knee surgery.

In the first stage of the season in the UK, Jonas experienced several failures on the track and won the 18th place, but in the second race in the Netherlands he was prevented from competing for a podium by a few more falls, resulting in the 12th position.

The motocross world championship season will resume on August 9 at the Ķegums track, which will take up three stages next month.
