Jokowi Sued to PTUN, Asked to Stop PPKM to Depose Luhut, Palace Party: We Appreciate

TRIBUNNEWS.COM  – President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) was sued at the Jakarta State Administrative Court (PTUN) regarding the policy of the Implementation of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM).

As for the party who raised the name Muhammad Aslam.

Quoted from the official website of SIPP PTUN Jakarta, the lawsuit against Jokowi this was registered on Monday (9/8/2021, with case number 188/G/TF/2021/PTUN.JKT.

Seen in his lawsuit, Muhammad Aslam demanded that the applicable PPKM was not in accordance with Law no. 6 of 2018 concerning Health Quarantine, so it is considered invalid.

For that, he asked Jokowi to stop or cancel the application PPKM.

Not only that, Muhammad Aslam also asked the Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs Luhur Binsar Panjaitan to step down from his position as coordinator PPKM.

  • To grant the Plaintiff’s claim in its entirety;
  • Declares the nullity or invalidity of the DEFENDANT’s action on:

The action of the ACCUSED to decide the implementation of the implementation of restrictions on community activities (PPKM) in the handling of the 2019 Corona Virus Disease Pandemic or in any terms that are not in accordance with the Activity Restrictions specified in Law no. 6 of 2018 concerning Health Quarantine.

The action of the ACCUSED for the appointment of the Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment as the Coordinator of the Implementation of the Implementation of Restrictions on Community Activities in Combating the Covid 19 Pandemic.

  • Obliges the DEFENDANT to take Government Actions, namely:

Require the ACCUSED to stop the implementation of restrictions on community activities or in any terms that are not in accordance with the restrictions on activities specified in Law no. 6 of 2018 concerning Health Quarantine.
