The Castel Frères CHD team markets brands dedicated to catering (Wine “O Clock”, Barrabans, Baricailleurs), family properties (Chteau Hourtou, Clos des Orfeuilles, Chteau Cavalier “Cuve Marafiance”) and the team is also a player major in the world of Grands Crus Classes. It accompanies its customers on a daily basis in order to propose an adapted and personalized offer. In this context, we are recruiting on a permanent contract a:

Head of sector CHD Paris Ouest (F/M)

CDI – Low position on the 78 or 92

You will work in the Paris Ouest sector, a sector that covers the 75/78/91/92/95/60 departments.

Reporting to the Regional Director and as the real boss of your sector, you develop your Volume and Margin turnover by achieving your commercial objectives mainly with a clientele: CHR Establishments, Warehouses and Cash & Carry:

Your main tasks are to:

– Ensure a business review or audit of your sector (Distribution, CHR, Opinion Leader) in order to define a distribution strategy adapted to your sector

– Guarantee and follow the prospection of the sector and the opening of new customers directly

– Promote and negotiate product listing directly with CHR establishments, warehouses and Cash & Carry

– Negotiate and manage direct point-of-sale commercial agreements

– Ensure the sale of operations and promotional highlights (entertainment, tastings, creation of wine lists, etc.)

– Ensure regular reporting and competitive intelligence.

Your sense of relationship and commerce allow you to maintain a strong close relationship with your customers
