The Swedish actor Joel Kinnaman (41), known from films and series such as “Suicide Squad” and “House of Cards”, is currently in a very chaotic dispute with a former sex partner.
This week, he published a post on Instagram, where he says that he has applied for a restraining order against the Swedish woman Gabriella Magnusson. People has had access to the court documents.
Talks about the “torture wedding”
He says that the woman has threatened to publish what he believes is false information, where she claims that the actress has raped her.
However, the story seems to be far more complicated than that.

Races against former sex partner
In the Instagram post, he writes, among other things, that he has applied for a restraining order against “a woman who has threatened to harm me, my family and my loved ones physically, and tried to extort money and other valuable things from me”.
Magnusson, a Swedish model who goes by the name Bella Davis, is said to have had a brief romance with the actress in 2018. He writes that they had sex with consent once in November 2018, and once in December 2018.
“The next day she sent me a message saying that she did not like that I did not ask her if she would stay with me that night, and that I did not ask if she could get home safely.”
Defendant by ex-girlfriend
In the years after, in 2019 and 2020, Magnusson will have resumed contact with the desire to meet, with Kinnaman was then in a relationship, and will have said no. He claims that he cut off all contact with her.
Joel Kinnaman is currently in a relationship with model Kelly Gale (26). The couple got engaged last year.

Strikes back hard
On his own Instagram profile, Magnusson has strongly opposed Kinnaman’s claims that she is lying.
Among other things, she has published a number of screenshots of conversations between the two. She also claims that there was talk of rape, and writes that “he knows that I have too much evidence against him so he is just lying”.
It is unknown when several of the messages she published were sent, and it does not appear that they were sent from Kinnaman’s verified account. In the most recent post she has published, however, it seems that the messages come from Kinnaman’s account.
She has also shared a number of audio clips. To the clips she writes that “the second time we met he raped me”, and that “I hate that men get away with rape. I hope you end up in jail, you liar ».
Divorce drama: Claims wife watched over him
On Instagram’s story function, she also writes: “Seen in court”.
It is also not known if it is actually Kinnaman’s voice in the sound clips, but she refers to the voice as “Joel”.
