The General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) of PT Sucofindo appointed Jobi Triananda Hasjim as the President Director of PT Sucofindo. Jobi Triananda replaced Mas Wigrantoro Roes Setiyadi.
This decision is in line with PT Sucofindo Shareholders Decree No. SK-49/MBU/03/2023, DU. 007/KP.503/IDS-23, 017/CORP/III/2023 concerning Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Sucofindo.
The GMS also reappointed PT Sucofindo’s Director of Finance and Risk Management Budi Hartanto.
Shareholders of the Ministry of BUMN, represented by Assistant Deputy for Manufacturing Industry of the Ministry of BUMN Liliek Mayasari, expressed their gratitude for all the dedication and contribution of Mas Wigrantoro Roes Setiyadi at PT SUCOFINDO.
“We also congratulate Jobi Triananda Hasjim, who has had experience as a Director in a BUMN. We hope that his mandate as the Main Director of PT SUCOFINDO can encourage business growth at PT SUCOFINDO,” said Liliek in a press release, Monday (13/3/2023) .
Chairman of the IDSurvey Holding or Main Director of PT Bureau of Classification of Indonesia (Persero) Arisudono said that with this change, it was able to encourage IDSurvey collaboration, integration, and performance.
“Hopefully the trust given can encourage mutual success, especially in achieving the vision and mission of SUCOFINDO and IDSurvey, as well as encourage collaboration and integration that will support IDSurvey’s future performance,” he said.
At the GMS Minister of BUMN Erick Thohir, represented by Assistant Deputy for Manufacturing Industry of the Ministry of BUMN Liliek Mayasari. Also present was the Chairman of the IDSurvey Holding or the Main Director of PT Bureau of Classification of Indonesia (Persero) Arisudono, as well as the entire Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of PT SUCOFINDO. In addition, SGS Indonesia Managing Director Michael Bruinsma was also present online.
