CONTEXT
Under the authority of the head of the general coordination service and the head of unit within a pole of writers, your role will be to support the mayor’s cabinet and elected officials. in their relationship with the inhabitants
MISSIONS
1. Follow-up of interpellations addressed to the Mayor on multi-thematic and/or sensitive issues (social issues, proximity, living environment, public tranquility, etc.):
Search for answers with city services, elected officials, communities and partner organizations.
Drafting of responses to questions proposed for signature by the Mayor or elected officials.
Follow-up of files on individual situations (right of residence, housing, accommodation for example).
Proposal of arguments by adapting to the context (for example arguments to facilitate the telephone work of the agents of the reception of the public).
Assignment of sensitive questions (in connection with the head of the unit and the head of service).
2. Punctual assistance to the firm and the service according to priorities and news:
Synthesis and forecasts, follow-up of news files (in connection with the head of unit and the firm).
Support for the preparation of public meetings for elected officials (in connection with the head of unit).
Writing speeches for elected officials (in conjunction with the head of department and the head of unit)
CONDITION OF WORK
Flexible hours during the week depending on current events.
25 days of annual leave, 4 ARTT days per year and 2 days of so-called split leave
35h35 working week (opening right to 4 days of ARTT)
