Job description:

Teaching:

Facilitation of general or specific French lessons in groups and/or individually, on site or off site, for children/adolescents/adults of sometimes different levels. Online, face-to-face and hybrid.

Pedagogical engineering: design of specific FLE/FLP/FOS courses respecting the CEFR and the progression defined by the pedagogical department.

Personalized support for learners in their class(es)

Pedagogical engineering: creation of courses respecting the charter and the AFGA reference system for individual and collective face-to-face courses + online

Induced activities:

Research work and course preparation (AFGA chartered course)

Pedagogical and administrative follow-up of its courses

Application of internal safety and cleanliness rules

Participation in pedagogical & digital engineering

Examinations:

Weekly oral exams for TCF exams.

Monthly DELF-DALF exams: examine and mark the oral production, correct the collective tests and the written production test

Supervision of exams

The Alliance Française Grenoble Alpes (AFGA) was created in 1967. For more than half a century, AFGA has disseminated the French language and French-speaking cultures in Grenoble.

It is a private institution of higher education, a recognized training organization (Qualiopi Label) and above all an association under the 1901 law recognized as being of general interest.

Required Skills :

B license and vehicle

Team spirit, dynamism, availability, initiative, adaptability, flexibility, rigor, creativity

Knowledge of CECL

French mother tongue

Good oral practice of one or more languages, including English

Good knowledge of adult multicultural audiences and excellent interpersonal skills

Skills in managing multi-level classrooms

Taste for new technologies

Confirmed experience in teaching FLE/FOS/FLP to different audiences

Degree required:

Master 2 FLE diploma minimum and minimum 2 years of experience in a similar function + DELF/DALF accreditation + TCF accreditation

Number of hours per week:

35 hours per week (approximately 24 hours of FAF) – variable hours between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Duration :

3 months renewable
