Locksmith / mirrors / aluminum carpentry business manager (h/f)

Your profile

– Very good experience in the manufacture and installation of metalwork / locksmithing, exterior aluminum joinery, industrial closing of metal or polycarbonate curtain, roller shutters, automatic blinds, shielding of technical rooms for banking groups
– Significant experience in the field of works supervisor or project manager
– Knowledge of technical specifications and standards in force
– Knowledge of drawing software (ex: Autocad)

Your mission

– Realization of costing, orders and technical sketches for proper manufacturing in the workshop, follow-up of installation on site
– All under the supervision of the director
– Control and respect its sites while respecting costs
– Make site appointments and clearly present the best suited technical solutions in order to obtain the maximum yield from operations as well as provide the necessary means for carrying out the work and obtain the cost also falling within its competence
– Follow the tender documents: measurement, technical-economic negotiation, business, develop rapid costing methods with the implementation of grids and other techniques
