If you take up a position with us as a result of your application, your personal data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions.
In the event of a negative decision, your details will be stored for 120 days after the decision has been announced. Your application documents will then be deleted, provided that no other legitimate interests of ours stand in the way of deletion. Another legitimate interest in this sense is, for example, a burden of proof in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).
If we see an opportunity to offer you a position at a later date that matches your professional qualifications, we will send you an email asking if we may add your data to our talent pool. If you agree to this, your details will generally be stored for 24 months. After that they will be deleted by us. Of course, you can also have your data in the talent pool deleted earlier.
