6:00 p.m .: masks sold in supermarkets: Orders
scandalized
In a press release

Public health France publishes the
detailed report of the SARS-CoV-2 epidemic in week week 17

restoration of the freedom of prescription of
thehydroxychloroquine in town
The COVID19 collective – let the doctors prescribe requests that

the results of a retrospective study conducted by them on
88 people infected with SARS-CoV-2.
In this non-randomized study, 20 patients were treated with
hydroxychloroquine combination (400 to 600 mg / day for one
up to ten days) and azithromycin
(500 mg the first day and 250 mg the following 4 days),
34 were treated with azithromycin alone, and 34 others with
symptomatic treatment. BMI and ages were comparable
in the three groups, on the other hand the prevalence of antecedents
cardiovascular were variable.
The main endpoint was the duration of resolution
symptoms: 17.1 days on average across the
study population, 25.8 in the group receiving
exclusively symptomatic, 12.9 in the group
azithromycin alone (AZM) and 9.2 in the hydroxychloroquine group
(HCQ) + AZM. Statistical analysis of data was provided
by Dr Pierre Levy, from the Department of Public Health of
Tenon hospital (AP-HP). The latter has set up a study
case-control (matched on the basis of sex, age and BMI) to
from data from 19 patients in each group. Data from
the case-control analysis confirms those obtained on all 88
patients.
