JD.ID has laid off more than 200 employees

JD.ID ensure the dismissal of employees. JD.ID said they were downsizing by 30%, or about 200 employees.

JD.ID Head of Corporate Communications & Public Affairs Setya Yudha Indraswara revealed that companies need to take adaptive measures to meet the challenges of business changes which have been very rapid lately.

“Continuing to provide insurance benefits and provide support in the form of talent promotion, as well as other rights in accordance with applicable laws and regulations,” he said.

The layoffs were announced at a town hall meeting. So employees were asked to work from home this week and wait for an email notification to return to the office next week.
