JCI soars, these stocks are widely collected by foreigners, Wednesday (14/10)

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) closed up 0.85% or up 43.52 points to 5,176.09 on Wednesday’s trading (14/10). During trading, JCI moved from the lowest level 5,125.04 to the highest level 5,177.92.

Quoting RTI data, seven out of 10 sectors are green. Among other things, the mining sector strengthened by a maximum of 3.72%. Then the infrastructure sector rose 1.69% and the trade sector advanced 1.46%.

Meanwhile, the construction sector fell 0.92%. Followed by the plantation sector fell 0.36% and the consumer goods sector fell 0.14%.

The total trading volume on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) reached 14.43 billion with a transaction value of IDR 12.16 trillion. A total of 213 stocks rose and 217 shares fell. Meanwhile, 161 other shares were flat.

Foreign investors are hunting for big cap banking stocks. Foreigners posted net buy IDR 39.54 billion in all markets. Meanwhile, the foreign regular market also recorded a net buy of Rp. 61.64 billion.

The shares most collected by foreigners are shares of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BBNI) Rp 127.5 billion. BBNI shares rose 3.99% to Rp 4,950 per share. The total trading volume of BBNI’s shares reached 67.5 million with a transaction value of Rp 329.4 billion.

PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BBRI) IDR 117.6 billion. Boosted by foreigners, BBRI shares rose 2.44% to Rp 3,360 per share. BBRI’s total share trading volume reached 196.8 billion with a transaction value of IDR 657.4 billion.

Foreigners also collect shares of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) IDR 79.6 billion. BBCA shares edged up 0.77% to the level of Rp 29,500 per share. BBCA’s total share trading volume reached 16.7 million with a transaction value of IDR 490.2 billion.
