Javier Milei closed his international tour with an interview celebrating his political profile given by journalist Nicola Porro on one of the media empire channels founded by Silvio Berlusconi.
Milei is perceived as an ally by the political and media system that supports the current right-wing government headed by Giorgia Meloni. In the interview with the Quarta Repubblica program, he did not disappoint. “I am president to overcome the status quo that is corrupt politicians,” he said and defined himself as “anarcho-capitalist.”
The interview broadcast this Monday was recorded on Sunday night, after Milei participated in the canonization ceremony of Mama Antula in the Vatican. “I feel a deep contempt for the State. I believe that the State is a criminal association,” she stated, returning to the anarcho-capitalist role that she exhibited in her speech in Davos.
“In fact, the State is a criminal association where a group of politicians agree and use the monopoly of wealth to steal resources from the private sector,” he added, to the celebration of the driver.
As he did in Davos, Milei again took aim at socialism, which he described as a “disease of the soul”: “Pure socialism was defeated by economic theory.
