“There will be tweaks and adjustments by opposing teams,” he said. “That’s a lot of what this game is, how you can adapt to that. Happens all the time. It will be constantly evolving.”
Although today he is proving that he can be a starting player, it is likely that his response to those adjustments will determine whether he will return to the minors or be in center field at Yankee Stadium for all of 2024.
