Japan’s declining birthrate and aging crisis is spreading, and many small businesses are raising the alarm. According to government forecasts, as many as 1.27 million small business owners may reach the age of 70 by 2025. Once the health condition deteriorates and there is no second generation to take over, as many as 6.5 million job vacancies may disappear, which will severely damage the Japanese economy.
