The first things in Jackson’s collection exceeded all expectations: An unknown person paid a good $ 81,000 for a black military-style jacket, twenty times the estimated price. Jackson wore the outfit on her “Rhythm Nation Tour” in 1990.

Also popular: her iconic 1990 earring, which fetched $ 44,000. A key dangles from the ring that Jackson says fits the door of a barn on her parents’ farm in Indiana, USA.
A pair of black latex gloves, with which she posed for the cover of her album “Disciple” in 2008, changed hands for more than 19,000 dollars. Part of the auction proceeds will go to a children’s charity.
