Jamie Dornan Almost Dies from Poisonous Caterpillars in Spain

Jakarta

The Fifty Shades of Gray actor once had an unpleasant experience, Jamie Dornan while on holiday in Spain. He almost died because of poisonous caterpillars. How come?

In an episode of the comedy show The Good, one of Jamie Dornan’s friends, Gordon Smart, told of their experience when they were playing golf and accidentally touched a poisonous caterpillar.

“I started to feel tingling in my left hand, then tingling in my left arm and as the son of a general practitioner, this is usually a sign of the beginning of a heart attack,” he said as quoted by E!, Wednesday (24/1/2024).

Even though the journalist said his health condition was fine, he forced himself to go to the hospital. At that time, his heart was beating fast.

“I took an Uber but fell unconscious, and woke up in a hospital bed hooked up to a machine and the doctor said, ‘What are you doing, young man?'” he said.

Unexpectedly, Jamie Dornan also experienced this experience. He almost had a heart attack which cost him his life.

“Gordon, about 20 minutes after you left, my left arm went numb, my left leg went numb, my right leg went numb. And I found myself in the back of an ambulance,” said Jamie Dornan through Gordon Smart.

In fact, he said, Jamie Dornan had never gone to hospital in his life. At first they thought they were poisoned by drinking caffeine before playing golf, but Gordon realized that the two friends had touched poisonous caterpillars on the golf course.

“It turns out there are caterpillars on a golf course in the south of Portugal that have killed dogs and caused a heart attack in a man in his 40s,” he said.

“It turns out we met a very poisonous caterpillar and were very lucky to be alive,” he stressed.
