“If you look at the current conditions, it is indeed a bit worrying. But the GBK management actually still has time to optimize the restoration of the condition of the grass so that it is suitable for use. Moreover, currently it is still the rainy season period which is relatively more conducive for grass maintenance,” emphasized Bung Kus.
Apart from grass, Bung Kus also reminded SUGBK of other facilities. The aspect of spectator comfort must also be considered, considering that the match is predicted to attract great interest from supporters.
“But don’t forget other aspects, namely the readiness of supporting infrastructure. For example, spectator benches, sanitation facilities, and even dividing fences between stands,” said Bung Kus.
“Remember, the match will definitely invite tens of thousands of fanatical national team supporters. The readiness of facilities to support the comfort and security of the match should not be taken lightly. They must be prepared as seriously as we prepare the grass field,” he said again.
