Jahja Setiaatmadja Purchases BCA Shares Rp.7.7 Billion

President Director of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) Jahja Setiaatmadja has bought up 244,134 shares of the company he leads. He bought shares of issuers coded BBCA in the last week.

Citing the IDX’s disclosure of information, Saturday (10/4/2021), the BCA stock-buying was carried out in stages from April 1 to April 7, 2021.

Of the total 244,134 shares purchased, the value of money issued by Jahja was around Rp.7.73 billion in the purchase transaction of BBCA’s shares in the first week of April 2021.

With the action of buying these shares, Jahja controlled 8,159,957 shares BCA or the equivalent of 0.03% of the company’s total shares.

– April 1, 2021, the number of shares traded was 20,000, the transaction price was 31,100. The number of shares after the transaction was 7,935,463 shares.
