Jada Pinkett Smith Opens Up About Her Battle with Depression and Hopelessness

She revealed that many of her struggles came to a head when she turned 40. “I would later be diagnosed and informed that she was suffering from complex trauma with PTSD and dissociation, but without this guidance, she was a chronic, unsolvable mess. possibility of healing.
