Although we still don’t have an official release date and start price, the MSI RTX 3090 Ti card could be one of the most powerful GPUs of all time.

A Tom’s Hardware The portal came across news crumbs published by leakers that revealed that the Power consumption of the MSI GeForce RTX 3090 Ti Suprim X Edition graphics card it is expected to move around 480 W, while climbing to a peak of up to 1,000 W.
For GPUs with 10,752 active CUDA cores, Extreme Mode boost will also be enabled, allowing the unit to tick at 1,900 MHz.
Another interesting specification is that MSI can use a triple 8-pin power connector to design the Suprim X, which although seems like a step backwards from previous generation GPUs, yet the Taiwanese company thought it was enough for 480 W.
Unfortunately, other details have not been revealed yet, and since Nvidia is not pushing for an official launch either, we will probably have to wait until spring for that to change, and only then will we be able to find out more about this year’s top cards from insider industry sources.
