Anton Ninov will have to pay BGN 60,000 to his victim, who is crippled for life
The young businessman Anton Ninov was convicted of the brutal beating of a man in the Burgas prison “Slaveykov”, reports “Flagman”.
Ninov is 34 years old, and his name appears in the Commercial Register as the owner of two companies operating in the field of real estate. His permanent address is in block 76 in the “Slaveykov” residential complex, where in 2019 he crushed a neighbor in a fight, which left him blind in one eye.
Burgazlia will have to pay BGN 60,000 to his victim, who is crippled for life.
There was a serious risk that the victim would become completely blind after the accident, as he had a tear in the sclera of the left eye and a detachment of the retina. After a very complicated operation in a specialized hospital in Sofia, the affected eye was amputated, a special implant and glue were placed to close the retina.
Anton Ninov was sentenced to one year suspended with a three-year probationary period after signing an agreement with the prosecutor’s office, approved by the District Court in Burgas.
We remind you that the case is from February 2019, when Anton attacked his neighbor with a box because he stopped in a parking space in front of the block.
In addition to being blinded, the beaten man fell ill after the accident and the horror triggered a severe autoimmune disease.
