The American Institute for Military Studies (ISW) points out this morning that Ukrainian officials are increasingly talking about the offensives they are conducting in the Kherson region.
ISW notes the statements on the subject of Serhii Khlanadviser to the head of the administration of the Kherson region, and on President Volodymyr Zelenskywho speak of a counteroffensive in the south of the country, although without giving details.
It is not clear from Hlan’s statement whether it is about small, ongoing Ukrainian offensives in the Kherson region or for a larger-scale counter-offensive.
