The Israeli army announced that it was carrying out “massive strikes” that “will continue in the coming days” in the Gaza Strip, and added that it had cut the Palestinian territory in half, reported AFP.
“Massive strikes are currently underway … which will continue tonight and in the coming days,” army spokesman Daniel Hagari said today, adding that Israeli forces operating in the territory have cut it into two – a southern and a northern part .
