ISOSKELE announces the acquisition of TimeOne Group, a leading player in digital marketing

The La Poste group, through its subsidiary ISOSKELE (200 employees, 40M CA) specialist in data marketing & communication, is accelerating its growth strategy and today announces the takeover of TimeOne Group (110 employees, 40M CA), specialized in digital marketing logic to performance. This union consolidates ISOSKELE in its position as a key player in the dynamic market of data driven companies.

Created 15 years ago and managed by Sylvain Gross and Julien Vottero, TimeOne Group is a major player in customer acquisition. Present in 3 cities in France, it combines media activation and technologies in order to transform advertisers’ investments into measurable and sustainable performance.

The new ISOSKELE offer and TimeOne Group will offer brands, companies and NGOs strategic and operational support at all stages of the customer journey. The complementarity of their expertise constitutes an ambitious proposal, moreover in a context of emerging from the health crisis. In the current market context, issues such as recruiting customers with optimized acquisition costs, and creating lasting links between brands and their customers are becoming priorities.
