AsuGi announces that the association form “Diffuse Integrated Group Medicine” – called “Doctors in the Municipalities” – of the territorial area of Cormons, Dolegna del Collio, Capriva del Friuli, Mariano del Friuli, Medea, Moraro and San Lorenzo Isontino, following of the voluntary resignation of Dr. Sara Milani and the takeover of Dr. Francesco Coronica, is made up of doctors Cisilin Maria Pia, Crapesi Lucia, Culot Paolo, Gerin Licia, Turisani Maurizio, Visintin Albino and Coronica Francesco.
The activity guaranteed through the association forms has the purpose of facilitating the relationship between citizen and doctor of free choice, as well as streamlining the procedures for accessing the various services of the Company; guarantee a higher quality level and greater appropriateness of the services provided, also through the activation of clinics dedicated to the monitoring of high prevalence chronic diseases identified by agreement at company level; create adequate forms of continuity of assistance and care also through professional integration methods between doctors; pursue the functional coordination of the activity of general practitioners with the services and activities of the District in line with the program of district activities and as an integral part of the territorial teams referred to in art. 26, if established; create forms of greater usability and accessibility, by citizens, of the services and activities of general practitioners, also by providing for the presence of at least one study in which the associated doctors carry out agreed activities in rotation; pursue higher and more qualifying structural, instrumental and organizational standards of professional activity; share and implement therapeutic diagnostic guidelines for the highest prevalence diseases and implement periodic checks.
