Halloween night was stormy in more ways than one in the Isère department.
From 7pm until the early hours of the morning, firefighters had to intervene 58 times to put out deliberately lit fires on garbage cans or cars.
And 38 of these vandalism were committed in the Grenoble area alone.
Thus, from 6:50 pm, a car set fire to the Allée des Fresnes in Grenoble, then, around 9 pm, the garbage cans placed along the fence of the waste collection center in Rue des Peupliers were set on fire. Grenoble, causing minor damage to the fence and the destruction of an electricity meter that had to be neutralized by the services of GEG.
