An Irish young man was able to lose 62 kilograms of weight in 7 months, without following a diet or undergoing any obesity surgery.

The young man, Brian O’Keefe, decided to change his lifestyle and get rid of his wrong eating habits, such as eating a lot in the middle of the night, not moving, and getting food rich in fats and sugars throughout the day, after his weight reached 153 kilograms, according to the “Express” website.

Ad space

The young man decided to move from his village, quit his job, cut off contact with his loved ones, and was keen to exercise a lot, in addition to getting about 2,200 calories without focusing on certain types of food, and 200 grams of protein per day.

Before that, O’Keeffe had been eating a dinner that alone had 5,000 calories.

And the young man posted a video on TikTok about his journey in losing weight by changing the way he thinks and focusing on mental flexibility instead of focusing on the number on the scale.

“I realized I was a very late night binge eater, so I wanted to save as many calories as possible for the evening and feel full as well,” O’Keefe said.

And the young man did not eat anything in the morning when he woke up from sleep, then he began to eat as follows:

12:00: Have a protein shake or oatmeal (about 200-400 calories).

5 p.m.: Chicken with pastrami and cheese (500-600 calories)

9 p.m.: He eats a chicken burger and fries.

Before bed: Eat 1/2 cup of protein ice cream with microwave brownies or yogurt.

O’Keefe had pizza once a week, which had 630 calories, and he added about 200 calories of cheese.

O’Keefe lifted weights every morning, so he had to eat plenty of protein in the afternoon to keep his muscles healthy, and burn more fat and calories during the day when running in the evening.
