Where there is smoke, there is fire. We received further proof of this folk wisdom, after the rumors about a romantic relationship between Kanye West and Irina Shayk were apparently confirmed.
The two were filmed together for the first time in Provence, France. According to Page Six, the 44-year-old rapper and the 35-year-old model were on a romantic holiday on West’s birthday on June 9, as he booked an entire boutique hotel.
A day later, photos appeared from an airport near New Jersey, where Kanye’s personal plane landed, and he and Irina got off, trying to remain anonymous.
They did not succeed, because the Russian is sufficiently recognizable, albeit with a mask and dark glasses. Kanye was wearing a jacket and sneakers of his own brand Yeezy.
According to many secular media, including TMZ, the two have been in a relationship since March, but so far have managed to keep it away from the public. The two have known each other for years, and the model even starred in Kanye’s video for his 2010 song “Power.”
