IPO esk zbrojovka Group: Fio banka has started to accept instructions for writing

Fio banka today started accepting instructions for the primary letter of the esk zbrojovka Group event. Instructions will be accepted until June 1 at 12:00. Emissions trading should start from 2 June.

From the same day, Fio banka will accept instructions for writing the esk zbrojovka Group event until 1 June 12:00.

Instructions can be given for the time being at any branch of Fio banka or by telephone through the Dealer on the telephone 224 346 493 between 9:00 and 17:30.

For each instruction, you need to fill out an investment questionnaire, enough funds here, and in the event of a telephone call, a valid telephone password.

The price range was set from 290 K to 370 K. Fio banka accepts instructions for writing any number of shares at prices in increments of 10 K.

Letter fee

Instruction fee in 0.35% of the volume of the letter (min. 100 K / max. 1,190 K) + 100 K.

At the same time, Fio banka warns that the said fee may be charged in addition to any fees for three pages, up to a maximum of the relevant costs of the businesswoman on the invoice.

If the client gives an instruction to write an event with a limited price, e.g. 330 K, his order will be satisfied only if esk zbrojovka Group, as the issuer, decides to subscribe for shares for 330 K or less.

Zsk is for the price at which the issuer decides to subscribe. The subscribed amount will depend on the allocation from the issue manager.

If the issuer decides to subscribe for shares at a price that is not the limit price of the order, the order will not be satisfied.
