Iphone 13 et apple watch N° …?

Good morning all,
What (huge) happiness to find you again…After a long absence and well-preserved “apple” equipment, namely Imac mi – 2011, iphone 6 S plus and a Gar connected watch…!, I decided, finally back to business.
I got myself an iphone 13 (classic), I’m renewing my mac, and I’m looking for an apple watch that meets my needs.
Namely, sport (jogging) health (cardio) well connected (tel, sms, call, take, refusal, ) and …. independent? My wrist (alas) is not very thick (a 40? a 42, 44 mm?) readability? (at my age, I need glasses!)
I’m thinking of a cellular SE… According to my trials/tests, they say it’s a very good compromise because the SE has the AW 6 chassis?
