- The goal is to collect 10,000 gifts that will be given to girls and boys on the occasion of the “Day of the Three Kings” on January 5, 2022 in vulnerable areas.
With the aim of bringing joy to the boys and girls of Puerto Vallarta, the Municipal DIF System, chaired by María de Jesús López Delgado, is carrying out a collection of toys “gifts from the heart” in coordination with the “playful” campaign to bring them a gift on next three kings day to children from families in vulnerable situations.
The President of the welfare organization María de Jesús, mentioned that Three Kings Day is one of the most significant dates for any boy or girl, and sometimes it is difficult for parents to be able to give them something, so she extended the invitation to all people, companies, institutions, organizations and whoever you want, to join the toy collection campaign.
As part of the collection, the organization joins the “playful” campaign directed by TV Azteca and the Puerto Mágico brand, which is why Teresita Marmolejo López, manager of the Puerto Mágico framework in the municipality, highlighted that coordination will be generated to make the delivery between both campaigns.
For his part, Roberto Ramos Vázquez, general director of the Municipal DIF System, added that there is already a registry of families that previously underwent a census of specific areas to which the caravan would go, such as rural towns, neighborhoods in the north from Pitillal, Ixtapa and Las Palmas.
On this occasion, the goal is to collect 10,000 toys that will be distributed in thirty colonies of the municipality identified as vulnerable, it is important that they do not require batteries, are non-warlike and are in good condition or new and are delivered with a receipt deadline of January 04, 2022.
