Investments and Funding: Finding the Right Source of Finance for Future Projects

“We have a lot of investments ahead of us. Where should the money come from?” asked Henrich Oevermann (FDP parliamentary group) at the most recent council meeting. He combined this with a request to the administration to obtain an overview of the measures that have already been initiated and those that are still pending in order to be able to better decide which project may need to be reduced in size or abandoned.
