Investigated by an intentional fire that burns two hectares of Monte Bajo in Robledo de Caldas (Len)
The Civil Guard has investigated a man as the alleged perpetrator of a forest fire crime that occurred in March in the mountains of the town of Robledo de Caldas-Sena de Luna in which two hectares of scrubland burned. The fire took place on March 21 in the area of Sanillas on a steep mountain slope, there being no danger to people or property at any time, the Civil Guard has reported.
As a result of the investigations opened by the Seprona de Villablino patrol, in collaboration with the environmental agents of the Junta de Castilla y León, they have resulted in the investigation of the corresponding criminal proceedings against this person for intentionally causing a forest fire .
The proceedings initiated have been made available to the Investigating Court on Duty and the Environmental Prosecutor’s Office of León.
