According to the investigative work titled “The Oil Bribery Scandal Exposes the Corrupt Double Play of the ‘Attorney General’, the American journalist corroborates how lawyer Hernández would have charged lucrative fees as a legal mercenary for the corporate looters of the state-owned Petroleos de Venezuela ( PDVSA).
The investigation shows that the lawyer’s testimony was bought by foreign oil giants with an interest in defrauding Pdvsa of billions of dollars, in a lawsuit dismissed last year by a Florida district court over a bribery case. billionaire in March 2018, reports the site of the Mppre.
