Human-sized law firm, areas of intervention: social law and business law (advice and litigation), with companies, associations, groups, employer federations, looking for an intern for its team business.
Missions entrusted:
– drafting notes for use by the firm’s lawyers and consultations for clients;
– legal monitoring ;
– drafting of contracts (Civil and Commercial);
– drafting of company law documents (statutes, AGM minutes, etc.);
– drafting of procedural documents (summons, conclusions, requests, etc.);
– assistance with hearings and client meetings;
– procedures at the Palace.
Great autonomy and involvement in the follow-up of files,
Participation in the life and management of the office.
Required profile :
Bar School or IEJ and/or Master 2 with a major in business law
Autonomy, rigor, team spirit, involvement
