For this new season of “The Voice”, Amel Bent, Marc Lavoine, Vianney and Florent Pagny have resumed their roles as coaches. This year, the production has nevertheless decided to bring a little novelty and have carved out a tailor-made role for Nolwenn Leroy. The singer was indeed able to “fish out” talents during the blind auditions, in order to form her own team and thus endorse the status of fifth coach.
If the pretty brunette was “hidden” during the blind auditions, she was finally able to enter the show this Saturday, April 2, 2022. Like the other coaches, Nolwenn was able to organize her first battle and thus decided to oppose Kilian, a young Parisian talent, to Jean-Palau, a farmer passionate about music. Something to delight viewers, happy to finally see the singer appear and triumph on the set.
Nolwenn Leroy “ejected”: Internet users see red
Unfortunately, as is the rule, the talents drafted by Nolwenn Leroy were finally allocated to the other coaches. The pretty brunette therefore did not form her own team, as some internet users thought. After this battle, the chair of the song had also disappeared, proving that she was only there for a few moments and that she then returned to the wings… The very limited role of Nolwenn Leroy then annoyed the viewers who took to Twitter to express their anger.
