Today’s edition of Tuttosport talks about Inter and, specifically, the future of Antonio Conte. According to the newspaper, with the words released to Sky Sport on the market, the Nerazzurri coach revealed a bit of bitterness for the lack of moves of the club which, like everyone else, is facing economic problems due to the pandemic. At the end of the season, the newspaper writes, no scenario is to be excluded. So far zero signs of renewal, but who knows that everything could change in the event of a change of ownership. Also because it is quite probable that Conte, by working philosophy, will start next season with the contract expiring (in 2022):
PERSPECTIVES – “The Nerazzurri coach has actually entered the last year and a half of his contract expiring in June 2022: it is too early to understand if it will also be the last months of his Inter adventure (…). Conte has no intention now to scan the horizon: in the summer the sums will be drawn and that will be the moment for comparisons (…)“.
RENEWAL? – “However, to think that Conte can start next season with a contract expiring the following June is quite unlikely (…). Now it has somehow had to change its perspective: this does not mean that there is no room for a renewal in the coming months, even if there have been no signs of this. Everything is possible, even more so if there should be new forces within the club and / or corporate reshuffles“, Concludes Tuttosport.
