Selular.ID – An unpleasant experience was experienced by a British woman when shopping online to buy an iPhone 13 Pro Max.
Intentions to buy an iPhone 13 Pro Max smartphone, when his order arrived he only received a bottle of soap.
As reported by AppleInsider, the woman from London ordered the iPhone 13 Pro Max with a 36-month contract from Sky Mobile.
In total he had to spend 1,500 pounds, equivalent to Rp29 million.
A woman named Khaoula Lafaily paid for the smartphone on January 24 with the option of next day delivery.
Before the device arrived, Lafaily said that he did not receive the smartphone he bought the next day.
The courier told Lafaily that he was “stuck in a traffic jam”.
Two days later, the courier tried to deliver the package again, but Lafaily did not pick up the call from the courier.
After three days from the date of purchase, Lafaily finally got the package which unfortunately did not contain the iPhone he bought.
It’s not even a case of the wrong iPhone model being shipped.
When the package was opened, he admitted that he was very surprised because he did not receive a smartphone, but a package containing a bottle of hand soap.
Lafaily immediately contacted Sky Mobile as soon as he received the package.
According to him, the operator will conduct an investigation into this issue.
