Instagram is testing a post-scheduling feature

According to several Internet users who already have access to the feature, all you have to do is go to the advanced settings – found in the step just before posting a Reels or a photo -, select schedule this postthen choose the desired publication date and time.

People can then view the scheduled content in a tab located in their profile’s sandwich menu in the app.

It was already possible for content creators to schedule live video up to 90 days in advance. Internet users could also turn to the Facebook Creator Studio platform from 2020 to schedule posts on Instagram. Many people also turn to other platforms, sometimes paying, like Buffer, to achieve this.

Instagram has confirmed with several specialized sites to test the functionality, but has spared details on a possible implementation for all accounts.
