Instagram contest rules

Article 1 – Organizing company

The company PROXIMEDIA limited liability company, with a capital of 1,000 euros, registered with the RCS LIMOGES under number 487625766 (hereinafter the Organizing Company) whose head office is located at 30-32 cours Gay Lussac in Limoges, is organizing a game. contest to win a lot of three signed albums by Marina Kaye and without obligation to purchase from December 19, 2020 to December 20, 2020 7 p.m. accessible on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/flashfmradio/ (hereinafter the ” Competition ”).

Article 2 – Participants

The Competition is open free of charge, with no obligation to purchase, to all adults or minors with parental authorization and residing in Metropolitan France (excluding French DOM-TOM).

Article 3 – Terms of participation in the Competition and conditions of validity

The participant’s Instagram account must be activated in public (and not private) mode so that the content is visible to the Organizing Company.

Participation in the Competition requires access to an e-mail address, the use of which requires the creation of a user account on Instagram. The fact of registering under a false identity or with the identity of another person or of communicating false information or of registering under several identities will result in the cancellation of the participation. Participation in the Contest is limited to one entry per email address and a winner can only win one prize.

No other means of participation will be accepted.

3.1 Conditions of validity of participation in the Instagram Contest.

No element infringing the private life or the right to the image of third parties, must appear. To be taken into account, the participants’ responses must not convey:

– hateful, defamatory or racist messages;
– messages of a pornographic, pedophile or obscene nature;
– insults;
– advertising and commercial messages;
– messages of a political nature;
– irrelevant or incomprehensible messages;
– content violating intellectual property rights.

Any participation that is incomplete or does not comply with these rules cannot be taken into account and cannot be the subject of any complaint.

In particular, the publication of the comment on the Instagram account of the Organizing Company must be made no later than December 20 at 7 p.m. so that the participation can be taken into account.

A member of the Organizing Company will designate 1 winner by drawing lots, one winner for each prize, from among the participants whose participation complies with the conditions of validity set out in these regulations.

Article 4 – Endowments put into competition

The endowment involved constitutes 1 set of 3 signed albums by Marina Kaye which rewards 1 winner.

The prizes may not give rise, on the part of the winner, to any dispute, nor to the delivery of their cash equivalent, nor to their replacement or exchange for any reason whatsoever.

The Organizing Company nevertheless reserves the right to replace each prize with a prize of equivalent nature and value, if circumstances beyond its control so compelled it, without incurring its liability for this fact.

Article 5 – Information of the winners

The winners will be contacted by the Organizing Company by private message on Instagram on December 20 after the end of the Competition.

The winners must respond by private message no later than December 21 at 8 p.m. to confirm their name and first name and provide the address at which they can receive their prize if they cannot come and collect it from the premises of the organizing company. In the absence of a response within the time limit or in the event of an incomplete response, the winner will be considered to have forfeited his prize. In this case, the Organizing Company reserves the right to reallocate the prize to another winner.

The prize, namely the three Marina Kaye albums, will be communicated by the Organizing Company to the winner via Instagram.

Article 6 – Personal data

The personal data collected from Participants in the context of the Competition is intended exclusively for the Organizing Company for the purposes of organizing the Competition, designating the winners and delivering the prizes.

In accordance with the law n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data processing, files and freedoms, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (known as “RGPD”), all participants have ” a right of information, opposition, access and rectification of data concerning him that he can exercise by sending an email to the following address: [email protected], specifying the identity of the person responsible for treatment.

The participant’s personal data will be kept for a period of 1 year from the last contact.

Article 8 – Disputes

These regulations are subject to French law. Any practical difficulty in applying or interpreting these rules will be decided as a last resort by the organizing company.

It is specified that the Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from an interruption, a malfunction whatsoever, a suspension or the end of the Competition, and this for any reason. whether, or any direct or indirect damage which would result, in any way, from a connection to the website or to the Instagram page of the Organizing Company. It is up to all participants to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and / or software stored on their computer equipment against any attack.

Additions or modifications may possibly be published during the Competition. They will be considered as annexes to these regulations and will be deemed to form an integral part thereof.

Article 10 – Acceptance of the rules
