“Inside Nikkie Plessen’s 20-Year Relationship: Marriage, Parenting, and Beauty Habits”

In conversation with LINDA. Nikkie jokes that Ruben has apparently had problems with his knees for twenty years. “I’ve always said: you still have until the age of forty, after that I don’t have to anymore,” she says. Nikkie doesn’t think marriage is that important. “We have children together, I wear a nice dress often enough and it also saves a lot of money.”

In 2010 the couple had daughter Julie together and in 2014 their son Alain followed.

Meanwhile, Nikkie and Ruben have been together for twenty years. According to the fashion entrepreneur, this is noticeable in the bedroom, for example in her lingerie. “I would like to be one of those types with beautiful sets, but I often think: well, nobody sees that. (…) I actually always wear Victoria’s Secret basics made of black lace.” What Nikkie does make an effort for, however, is hair removal. She has her body lasered and shaves every day. And her arms? She hardens it. “I can’t stand hair everywhere.”

By the way, Ruben doesn’t have to be afraid of Nikkie’s answer when he gets down on one knee. In RTL Boulevard, Nikkie says that she would definitely say yes. You can see more about that in the video below.
