Intimacy – whose name pays homage to 19th-century American landscape architect George Inness – covers an area of ​​90 hectares, consisting of wild and cultivated land subtly tended by the landscape architect Miranda Brooks. There, the minimalist buildings evoke thearchitecture Dutch colonial house embellished with elements borrowed from the surrounding countryside.

Of the 40 rooms available to Inness, 12 are located in the Locked down, which is the meeting point of visitors with its shared bar and kitchen, its library with a large fireplace and its games room. Each offers mountain views from its four-poster bed which is part of a timeless decor with neutral colors and natural materials. Vintage and bespoke furniture, as well as some works of art give the feeling of being at home. Spread across the rural landscape, the 28 cabins – each equipped with a British Standard by Plain English kitchen and a terrace suitable for indoor-outdoor living – offer an even more exclusive experience. The furniture and lamps made in collaboration with Roll & Hill reflect the region’s traditional craftsmanship.

The cozy restaurant with exposed beams offers on the menu the products of the organic farm ofIntimacy while the lounge invites you to chat in a cozy atmosphere.
