The Institute of the National Fund for Housing for Workers (Infonavit) temporarily suspended the operation of the Line IV credit modalities “Remodelavit” e Green Mortgage for the acquisition of eco-technologies or home repairs to renew the schemes of financing.
In a statement, Infonavit directed by Carlos Martínez Velázquez assured that the measure, implemented as of March 19, 2022, will not affect borrowers and workers who applied for their credits before said date.
“The Infonavit temporarily suspended the operation of the three modes of credit Line IV “Remodelavit” (with structural affectation with mortgage guarantee, without structural affectation and without mortgage guarantee and without mortgage guarantee and without structural affectation with mortgage guarantee) and Green Mortgage”, he highlighted.
